Returns & Exchanges

General Policy: Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted unless the error is from our side.

Returns accepted only for store errors:

• Wrong item delivered
• Wrong size shipped
• Defective product

Cancellation & Refunds

Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed. Please verify order details before completing payment.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are issued only for store errors as described above.
• Processing time for refunds: 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase.
